Our Team
Our team is led by Matthew Furnas, who brings nearly two decades of experience as a founder, investor, and financial strategist, providing essential financial guidance to organizations across the full spectrum of maturity—from early-stage ventures to public companies generating over $1 billion in annual revenue. His extensive background includes leading FP&A, corporate strategy, and treasury functions; advising on strategic alternatives and capital structure decisions; and executing transaction diligence in both public and private markets. Matthew also has significant private equity and hedge fund investment experience, contributing to firms that manage approximately $1 billion in assets under management. As a former founder of an investment partnership, he offers a unique operator-investor perspective on the capital readiness that growing companies need. He now applies this blend of analytical rigor, strategic insight, and hands-on leadership to help Birmingham technology companies scale with confidence.
